Limbsaver slings

I'm nuts about slings, tried many but seem to go back to basic 1" leather, more for looks than anything else.

What's the scoop on these Limbsaver slings?

They charge good money for them, are they that great?
Do they fall apart?

I order them directly from the owner at his site. He's good to deal with.
