One of these was the 4" (well, 4.15" or 106mm) Hex-Tac 1911 in Bronze Cerakote Finish, chambered in 9mm.

They arrived here in Canada last week and since they're a special edition; when they're gone, they're gone.

Whoever STI is using for Cerakote is doing a good job of it.
While we can't say for this model - they've not been around long enough - other guns from STI with Cerakote have held up.

This is a cool fun and much more reasonably priced than the new nighthawks out there. STI is a great brand. Can you guys install an adjustable rear sight? Sorry - last dumb question!

Just follow the link I provided above. I see that the pic on our website is dated - that was the old one - we only have the STI ones that look like the one on the hex tac pictured above now.
I'll have my techie fix the pic on Tuesday.

Sorry Mark, I don't understand the question? The gun we're selling on the FV website that the link on the first post is pointing to is the same gun as we've been discussing and has the pics and description posted in post #1.

4.15" is longer than 105mm, and therefore legal in Canada. STI builds all their commander length pistols to a 106mm barrel length, (which is the standard) regardless of the destination.
