Lindsay-area game processor/meat cutter?

Does anyone have the name of a good butcher in the Lindsay area, preferably one with whom you have personal experience? I need someone to do deer for me, my old meat-cutter is starting to screw up my orders a little too much.

I know how you feel. My wife said the same thing, find a butcher that knows what he's doing please ! She doesn't like the way we cut our meat and frankly I'd like to have a good butcher to. I Guess she's tired of the SAUSAGE and burger !
