Linear comp for 7.62x39 AR

So i have a new 7.5" upper in 7.62x39

At the risk of sounding like a wimp, the blast is almost as bad as a flash bang. I'm guessing a linear comp would help with this, any opinions?

Blast shield

I dont have 7.62x39 yet ( actually have a tread on here about building one in 7.5") but I do have 2 SBR AR15 and I have Griffin Armament on my 10.5" and a Ferfrans CRD on my 7.5"

Both make a big difference in how much blast and flame is felt by the shooter and those around me. Without it I can feel the flames on the 7.5" burning my face and hand

It does not eliminate the blast or flames, but what they do is push them forward instead of out to the sides

The nice thing is they are both removable with no tools, so I can pop the shields off and use just the muzzle brakes they mount onto if I choose too
 
Blast shield looks good! Now the problem is finding out if it would work on the NEA flash hider, and finding one that isn't twice the price of what they go for in the US.
 
Just buy a linear comp from S&J or Allen Gunworks. Should be about $60-$70 including shipping.
If you don't mind spending a little more money to look a little cooler try a Troy Claymore, I had one on my 16 inch AR-10 and it was a pleasure to shoot.
Any 30 cal comp with 5/8-24 thread will work on your rifle.
 
We have both linear comps in 1/2x28 and 5/8x24. B0th now come with crush washers
Bunch of dealers have them in stock too

I have 3 of their linear comps and they work great. Good machining and well finished.
