lino type lead

I picked up a bunch out east here, like 300 lbs in print format, hickory sticks :D , thats when I got it for 30 cents per lb, also picked up the 25 lb bars, If you were out this way NS, I would part with some:(
The place I got mine, still had a 45 gallon drum half full last time I checked, but lead went up to 80 cents since.
 
Your two choices are to pay retail ("metals" in the Yellow pages" or get lucky and find a scrap dealer that knows less than he thinks he does, that will sell it to you for the same price as wheel weights. And that has some.

Talking a couple five gallon buckets volume, or a railway flatcar? For larger quantities, looking south of the border is possible and economical.
