Liquid Customs......Hydro Dipping in Edmonton

A good friend of mine who owns Performance Signs & Graphics is one Edmonton's best 3M Graphic Installers.... Just had some 3M work done to my Sport bike. An amazing job I must say !
When I walked into there shop, there was numerous shotguns / rifles all with custom Hydro-dipping.... WTF ?
Then I found out they have purchased " Liquid Customs" from the previous owner. And moved locations.
After being trained and certified they are back in business !!! "Edmonton's only " certified Dealer !
The guns looked awesome with amazing attention to detail.

That being said.... as soon as I get my CZ Scorpion EVO, ( Wolverine ) a quick disassemble .... and off to Liquid Customs for a custom dip..
The flavor will be `Kryptek Typhon `.

How durable is a hydro dipped finish?

It's about as durable as the clear coat on top, if it's prepped right (degreased very well and thoroughly primed; as i'd assume a professional company would do) it's pretty solid, but it'll scratch off if the clear coat on top gets worn away. You can upkeep it pretty easy with a can of matte finish clear coat though.

I keep wanting to do a handgun with a hydro dip, so it's nice to know that a place here in Edmonton is doing it again.
