I have a 12.5 inch PWS 5.56 and a 7 inch PWS 7.62x39. They are awesome! Very little muzzle rise on the 5.56, and very little felt recoil as well. The 5.56 has been flawlessly reliable so far, about 1000 rounds through her. The 7.62 had some teething problems, but all seems to be A-OK now. The 7.62 will never be as reliable as the 5.56, making 7.62 feed 100% out of an AR mag just doesn't seem doable. I have only fired an LMT piston a couple times, not enough rounds to really pass judgment but I liked it for the little I shot. The nice thing about the LMT is if you don't like the piston, you can simply swap it over to the DI system. I am a big fan of the POF piston guns but they are hard to find up here. (except for the 308 that Questar has) I have both an 11.5 inch POF 415 and a 16 inch POF - 308 and they rock! Both have been flawless so far, about 2000 rounds through the 415 and about 500 through the 308. Both are very accurate as well. Hope this helps.
