As far as I know there's only one source for what you're looking for, that's Questar. Try phoning Tier One Armoury in Edmonton.

B5 Systems replaced LMT as the supplier of SOPMOD stocks some time around 2011. They are built to the same specs/standards, but are also substantially less expensive, and come in a variety of colours, including MultiCam. Of course, it's your money, and you are free to spend it how you choose.

While you're at it just pick up a complete LMT lower

That being said, I bought the last tan one and they only had 1 OD green in stock.

I tried to buy one off Brownells once. They wouldn't ship the Sopmod Bravo to Canadia. YMMV

The B5 is nice but it's not as nice as the real LMT.

Have you examined and tested both side by side? What have you found different? They are both built to exactly the same specs, and B5 replaced LMT as the official military supplier several years ago. If you are willing to pay twice the price for the LMT, well, it's your money.
