I have been happily assembling my new LnL progressive c/w case feeder and Kiss bullet collater for about the last 4 hrs
Everything EXCEPT the Hornady case feeder is functioning perfectly.
It does not seem to matter what I do, or how I adjust the thing, it will NOT feed more than about 10% properly.
The empty case seems to touch the leading edge of the shell plate (just enough to tip it up) when it is being pushed forward into the shell plate.
If I chge the adjustment to overcome this, it does not push the empty case far enough into the shell plate.
I am very close to getting the die grinder out and giving the shell plate a little "adjustment". Just enough to allow the case to clear.
!@#$ thing is driving me NUTS.
Anyone got any ideas?? (other than buy a Dillon.. which would probably not be too well recieved considering the way things have been going)
