Load Data for 16ga R16 wad?

I have read that the R16 can be swapped for the WAA16 data?

Anyone have the old Lyman data for the R16 wads? I cannot find any data with these old wads but they seem like they are just a short RP16 wad.

I have a couple bags, I know they are a 1oz wad, just trying to find out some safe data for them for target loads.
