hi everyone i am reloading for a glock 22 .40 s&w and am using berry's plated 155 grain bullets. in my lee book it doesnt mention unique powder which is the powder i am using. it says it for other types of bullets ie lead but not for plated. any suggestions? the berry's website says this "using low- to mid-range jacketed data in the load manual"

The Lee manual has 6.2-6.5 Unique listed for lead. If it was my fingers/gun, I'd use the same data for a plated bullet without worry. I'm not suggesting or telling you what to do, only what I would do.

That's why people talk about developing a load. It's never cut and dry, you have to experiment a little within safe range. Having a chrono is pretty much a must for making your own loads.
Start with lead data and watch for pressure and OAL, go up and down in 0.2gr and measure velosity, load 5-6rds of each load or so and run them thru chrono. Go from there.
