So I'm my neck of the woods we have been dealing with this "super El Niño"
Been very windy on every day I have been able to go shoot.
Today I wake up and it's dead calm. But it's snowing.

I have 2 rifles what I am starting fresh load development with new bullets/powder.

What I am asking is, am I going to get inaccurate results if I am shooting while snowing/raining?

*********UPDATE*********

So I went out shooting. Had great results despite having to wait for the snow to lighten up so I could see my 300yrd target.

I played with my Marlin 30-30
Levereveolution and hornady 170g

Was getting 2.5" groups at 100yrds. With willams peeps

Then I played with IMR4198 and 165g cast
1.5" at 50yrds

I was playing with my 375ruger and Barnes 235g TSX
I did a small 10 round ladder test at 300yrds in .5g increments.

I think I am going to do a few test batches in the 77g to 78g range.

No the snow and rain should have next to NO effect on the bullets trajectory. The biggest hurdle will be mental/ physical for the shooter. Trying to stay comfortable and motivated. (depending how crappy it is outside)

its definatly going to effect the bullets and your load data.

but any weather will lol.

if you want load data for a clear and sunny day... you have to shoot on one...
