Load for the IPSC nats in Kingston

For us maritimers going to the nats we have heard of power factor going up and going down. So what do we need to do. I load with 700X and others going up with me load with win231. Do we need to bump up our powder or bump down our powder? I will post this as well in the action shooting fourm. Basicly what power factor would you load hear in NB for the nats?

Last year at the provincials at the same range the chrony's seemed to be giving out low data, I was the MD and went minor. They were calibrated at the manufacturers and hand delivered. I have seen the set up for the Nats, and I do not know how you could try to get it more fair. One would think even with variation that PF130000 would do for minor and PF175000 for major (allowing 5000 pf for margin of error).
