Unable to reach level of factory load accuracy in CZ75. Using 115 Gr. lead bullets and have tried both Hodgens Sporting Clays and Titegroup. 3 Pc. carbide dies, sizing OD and starting inside sizing die just enough to get bullets to enter case. Seating bullets to same overall length as factory loads. Suggestions??
Try jacketed bullets? Go to 124 or 147 Gr. bullets? Have tried 124 Gr. lead bullets with no appreciable improvement. Even factory loads, seem to produce 6-8 fairly good group with 2-4 flyers from benchrest.

There are 3 aspects of acurate shooting.
The mechanical accuracy of the gun itself ( Fit of barrel to slide, etc ).
Then there is the accuracy potential of the ammunition.
lastly there is the shooter. One who flinches or has poor eyesight will be
less able to shoot accurately.

For example the SIG 210 in 9mm is built like a watch and is regarded by many as being one of the most accurate handguns around.
This proves that 9mm can be accurate. For reloading stick to one make of brass. There are variations in length & case capacity if you mix the brass.
I had a CZ75 years ago. I found it had acceptable accuracy but not outstanding . But is was extremely reliable. What kind of accuracy are you expecting out of the gun ?

I have had really good results shooting a LEE 140 gr SWC using Hodgen HS-6 or W-540. I can't recall the powder charge at the moment. The bullet is actually a .38spl/.357mag bullet. My 92SB has a bore dia of .356 so .357 dia is proper with cast bullets in my pistol. I have found the bullet should be alloyed so it has a BHN of approximately 20 to avoid leading and maintain accuracy (I add about 2 lbs of bearing babitt to 18 lbs of wheel weights to get this hardness). From the bench this load will group consitantly at 1 1/2" at 20 yards. I have also tried this load through a friends Browning Hi-power with good results.

I use the 125 gr truncated cone lead boolit in all my 9MM guns. 4,1 gr Unique to 4.7 gr is very accurate in my guns. I prefer 4.1 as it makes power factor for IPSC/IDPA and is very accurate. I size my boolits to .357 for best accuracy. Cast should be a minimum of 1/1000 over bore size

Take Care

Dave sams reloads for his Beretta 92 rebuilds is 115grain HornadyFMJRN with 6.1 to 6.2 grains powerpistol for 1225fps. Most of Daves rebuilds will shoot an inch at 50 yards with this load.

Have had this pistol rebarreled by Dark International. Am shooting with butt rested on bench. Usually have 2 or more flyers that won't stay on standard centre patch target @ 25 Yds. Have sent gun back to Dark, and he says nothing wrong with it. Even with factory loads, best group shot has 4 in 9 & 10 ring 11-12 o-clock, 1 in 8 ring @ 7 o-clock, 3 in 7 ring @ 11-12 o-clock, 1 just above centre patch @ 12 o-clock and 1 missing entirely.

All of the comments above about loading the 9mm for accuracy are good points--I too have found that most 9mms shoot .357" lead bullets with better accuracy--hard cast and good lube is important too.

One thing I noticed from your post is that you were resting the butt on the bench. You do not mention any rest or sand bags. If you are testing for accuracy you will get more consistant results if you use a rest and sand bags to support the gun and your forearms.
