Loading for Winchester Fail Safe Bullet

I was checking for loads of this bullet, however the only load that I could find was the following

Bullet Winchester Fail Safe CT
BulletWeight 160 grs
Powder Winchester WXR
PowderWeight 64 grs

I have never heard of Winchester WXR powder. Is it available for purchase or is it only made available to manufacture's?

Velocity was 2910 fps, no info on the firearm used.

It was a slow burning canister powder supplied by Winchester. It was similar to IMR 7828 in burning speed.

What cartridge are you loading for ?? Nosler 5 is full of data for the Fail Safe.

WXR is not made anymore. I found it to be near identical in velocity per charge weight as RL22 & H4831sc.
