I need some help here. Has any one found a good load for the 60 Gr Nosler Ballistic Tip in 223 rem? From the Nosler Manual #6 is only showing 60 gr Nosler Partitions. Should I use the same load specs? The two are totally different bullets, different construction and BC. I see lots of Hornady, Speer etc. for 60grs bullets but I know its not just plug and play. Please help.

Use load data for other 60gr bullets of the same makeup. (Copper with lead core)

Sierra Blitzking, Hornady V-Max etc data will get you where you need to be since they are similar design.

23-26gr of Varget is a good starting point. H322 would be another good powder for the 60gr bullets

My pet coyote load when I lived on the prairies 100 yrs. ago was any 60 gr. bullet preferably hollow point over 28.0 gr. H380.
This load in a Rem. 788 accounted for dozens of coyotes every winter.
Its a compressed load and showed no sign of pressure in any of my 223s, but you should work up to it for safetys sake.
Some may say that its a bit too slow burning, but it worked well for me...

I've used up to 20gr of IMR4198, or up to 23gr of H322. Both were great loads. The best 100 yard groups were with 18.5gr IMR4198.
I couldn't find the data for the Noslers either so I used data for the 60gr Vmax.
Good luck
