Neat. I don't think the verguiro & m48 were used in WWII .

The display was "Principal shoulder arms of the WWII era", not necessarily combatants,

No signs of the commercial 410s and 20 gauge shotguns used by local farmers capturing downed RAF and Luftwaffe crews either.

Any idea on the types of shotguns they typically had for this?

I wasn't overly aware that british farmers had camptured any Luftwaffe crews. Do you have any reference to the numbers caught? I'd love to know more.
