Location for indoor range near GTA?

If some lunatic was looking to open a new indoor range near Toronto, where would be best location be?

Honestly anywhere within an hour. How long does it take to even start planning a range though.. especially in the GTA and with the public perception being so negative

That may be in the no-gun Toronto zone. I am not sure if that is just Toronto proper or the whole GTA

Hamilton might be a good place only because it is corrupt enough that you can buy off the city politicians to actually get a facility up and running. It's also only 45 min from downtown Toronto.

North of Pearson Airport in industrial area or just north of there towards south Brampton. East end in Ajax area would be another good location. Think FOC is already exploring the Ajax possibility. Vaughan or north of York U region.
