The language here is disingenuous at best. You aren't converting anything... you are taking parts to build a different firearm, like other platforms..


If you were converting an AR it would still be prohib. This kind of language will catch the ignorant off guard and could just cause problems with anti's

Can TNA make 18.6” 5.56, mid length gas, with gunner profile barrels for people buying these without a NR barrel to use?

Would love to get one, but useless without a barrel. It’s DI, so no need for a heavy profile like the 180’s. Mid length gas would be ideal.

If you had to hand in an AR with an 18" barrel you have the option of selling the parts kit to someone with a builder kit, or getting a builder kit yourself. Better than handing over an intact AR. So well done Lockhart!
