The Magpul Bolt Action Magazine Well LA is a drop-in deatchable box magazine solution for our Hunter 700 LA Stock.

By simply removing your OEM bottom metal from the Hunter 700 LA Stock, users can add this reinforced polymer trigger guard and magazine well without the need for custom inletting. Designed to work with AICS-pattern long action magazines. This kit also includes one Magpul PMAG® 5 AC™ LA (additional magazine details coming soon.)

Magpul says Late 2016

They announced the SA Hunter stock at SHOT 2015 and we didn't get shipment until September 2015. So I expect the same time frame.

This is a bit of a hijack but could you ask about a Magpul hunter stock for Savage rifles?

I chatted with a couple of the techs at Magpul - and unfortunately they do not have any plans to make a left-handed version of the Hunter 700 or 700L stock at this time.

Hard to do with the current dollar as it is. Can't take money now and then have the bottom fall out to 50c to the USD.

The Hunter SA stock will work with a 223 action rifle - the magwell won't fit though.
