Awesome, great find!! One question though. Where my brain went: Does this mean that, all the HP and SP is being commandeered by the fighting, OR, because of the fighting, only steel core is being manufactured as this is where the demand is, because of the war.
(then I'm thinking, which would be better, and preferred by the fighters there: HP or fmj steel core? Yes, I know about Geneva restrictions, I'm just not sure any of them give a damn.)
