I was in the Fourth Ave. Canadian Tire store in St. Catharines the other day and happened to notice that they have a few (maybe 4-6) Long Branch #4 MKI Lee Enfields for sale. Not cheap ($1250) and unfortunately I couldn't really get a good idea of the condition as they were behand glass AND bars but for anyone in the Niagara area looking for a Long Branch #4 it might be worth the trip to St. Catharines to check them out.
 
Canadian Tire is having one of their "Spend $250 or more & get an additional $40 in Canadian Tire money" specials this weekend. So if you have a Canadian Tire Mastercard you would get $1250 x 4% (their usual CTC money amount) = $50 + the bonus $40 so that knocks off $90 = $1160. Still not cheap but better than a boot to the berries.
 
Intersurplus has the same rifles for sale at the same price and detailed pics of each.

I would say they're from the same warehouse and all in similar condition.
