Long Branch mags?

I got two mags I was told were Long Branch. I expected them to have the C arrow stamps on the mag ... yet only one has that stamp _on the follower_ and the other none at all.

Are these not Long Branch then? Educate me.

Mine have the LB stamp on the locking spline. Only one is marked with CAW.

Right mag has the LB. They are stamped over top of each other. Top and bottom of L stick out slightly from the B.

I see. The mag on the right is the one with C arrow on the follower.

So mag on the left is not LB?

U.C.F = United Carr Fasteners which was a canadian manufacturer during the war

The left is possibly a Canadian mag. Internals might’ve been changed or could be original. I have seen a LB mag removed from the wrap that had no external stamps. I always like to see the LB stamp which positively identify parts.
