Long Lee Marking on Knoxform and butt plate tang

As above with letters RFW in the above two locations, the maker was Enfield and the crown was stamped off (.Line cut over) so private sale to civy street . 133 stamped on butt plate. Any ideas? G

My guess - owner's initials. 133 would be a rack number. John
