Have you looked into your Provincial Rifle Association? There should be a link to it from the DCRA or Dominion of Canada Rifle Association web page.

Has anyone had any luck contacting the NCRRA? Both my wife and I have been trying since last October with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't mind the drive to CFB Valcartier, the ATPQ/PQRA are practicing at distances of 200-600yrs. The membership is pretty affordable http://www.pqra.org/index_en.html

Not many other options in La Belle Province.
