Hey Everyone

I just wanted to post a note to people living in the Calgary area that we have our annual Team Challenge this coming weekend (21-22 July 2018). This is a training event open to the public. You can just come by yourself and you will be assigned to a team when you get there. You can just come for one day if you want & no reservation required. Normally we shoot in groups of four and you will have a wind coach assigned to your group. Teams compete against each other in a freindly way, so no pressure. You don't need to be the American Sniper, but your scope MUST be zeroed before you get there and you need to know your approximate settings for 700, 800 & 900 meters (use a ballistic calculator to figure it out). You will see everything from hunting rifles, RPRs, F Class target guns on the line. Most of these coaches were on F Class Team Canada so you are in good hands. You need a tablet or smartphone (Android or IOS) with a browser installed to be able to read the target scores and see where your shots landed.

Thanks for the plug Mike. I truly enjoy teaching guys the finer points of team shooting, and will most certainly put on another match and training session next year.

Cheers
Eric
