I can't find any way to buy Laural Mountain Barrel Brown and Degreaser inCanada I am also having trouble finding Aqua Fortis for staining maple stocks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

You can make your own AQ with ferric nitrate crystals and distilled water ("The Science Company" in the US will ship the crystals: https://www.sciencecompany.com/Ferric-Nitrate-500g-P6640.aspx )
The nice thing about that is you skip the neutralizing step.
Same deal with browning solutions, you basically just need to convince your metal to start rusting, all the common acids for that are available from any chemical supply.

There're still a couple old teachers in the school system, find one that runs the Chem lab, if such still exists near you. Like as not they have all manner of fun things in the store room, looking for anyone to show interest!
If nothing else, like as not you might convince him to throw a couple pieces in an order from their suppliers.
Pretty sure Angier's Bluing and Browning (a book) is available online. Will take some effort to translate some of the ingredients to modern terms though.
Last time I was in a Lee Valley, they had Birchwood Casey Plum Brown in stock, though that was a while back.
