So do I need a director of my gun club to submit on my behalf an application for a long term application to transport to the CFO?

Or, can I just fill it out myself and send it in?

Also, under the section that lists firearms, can I just put "ALL RESTRICTED FIREARMS REGISTERED TO THE APPLICANT"?

As well, can I put "ALL APPROVED RANGES IN ONTARIO" under the section that asks for where I want to transport?

Seems that the requirements differ from province to province...

The procedure does vary from province to province.
You are in ON, so your application will be submitted by your club; the ATT will be sent to the club, who will pass it on to you.
My ATT covers all restricted firearms and prohibited handguns registered to my address to all ON ranges.
