Long Weekend Gopher Shooting

Consider them a pest just a fun one to shoot. They can also carry some nasty diseases as well. I`m real jealous of you guys, can`t get out shooting now as i just had shoulder surgery, can`t work but can`t play either.

I can shoot as a south paw just can`t get my right arm up ,it`s tied to my belly with a big padded sling. May have to use a mirror.:

Its a late year with all the snow. The males are coming out periodically, which is awesome shooting them running across the snow. The females are still weeks away from coming out. I'm waiting a but longer til the grass comes out and the little buggers have something to eat... lead

There were plenty of females shot by our group on friday south east of Calgary. FS

I would be boiling those hands in Javex after picking up those dirty little buggers! In another post I talk about gophers being chock full of worms! Argh!
