Hey guys im in the market for a full wood Longbranch No1Mk4 enfield and was wondering what the approximate going rate for one in good shootable condition. Not looking for a mint collectors piece just a good shooter that looks like its been through a little use, something with "character"

I would look for a sporterized one and restore it with some of the new enfield wood Marstar is bringing in this spring/summer time frame.

Go the the P&S MILITARI.ca site. They have some Indian, Longbranch returns that are actuall quite nice. The best buys though are the POF No4 MKII rifles. They shoot very well and are in decent shape for the money. They also have battle experience, between Pakistan and India.
