Does the Wyatt mag boxes work on newer CRF Winchester M 70 long actions...I'd like to go at least 3.650 but more would be better.

What options are there?

The factory mag box has a spot welded in spacer about .200 in length, can this be removed ...not sure why the spacer is in there.

Numrick shows a 416 box without the spacer # 1562340
and a 416/375 mag follower #1316950
would these part do what I'm looking for?

You can take out the spacer, its done all the time. You might not even need to change the follower, it’ll usually work anyway. Wyatt makes a longer than factory magnum box, or at leadt used to. I haven’t checked in awhile. (Checked, they do)
You will need to shorten the bolt stop and modify or change the ejector to use the extra length.

In the model 70 classic the 7mm stw, 300 wby, 416 rem? the mag boxes were longer and the rear bridge was machined back

I don't know about Win 70's but the Wyatt boxes are not drop in and require machining the action and bolt stop in Rem 700's. I did this and it took a LOT of fidling to get it to feed, requiring adjusting the magazine feed lips and eventually a longer follower. If you can get a factory Winchester magazine box it would likely require less fidling around to get it to work right.
