"Reputable" is not a permanent state but an ever-evolving process. It needs to be ACTIVELY maintained one customer at a time. To me this is very far from what I would call "reputable". Looks like they don't care anymore because they have more customers than they can handle. Thanks for posting this. Another name added to my personal blacklist.

The last one I had built there was estimated at 6-8 months, parts had to be ordered. Ok, fair enough. In the end it took 16 months....and it too had "issues" when I finally got it. In previous years there was never such off base estimate's and there were never any "issues" that needed further work. I can only guess at the "why's" but my last two builds did not go there and my next one's will not be going there either.
