Hey guys, I just want to show you all my new Ruger 10/22. I bought a Butler Creek folding stock and 2 Butler creek 25rnd mags (with a few other gizmos it added up to about $500 from wholesale sports).

Here is me being happy w/my new gun:

Do you always walk around the house with your finger on the trigger? Not cool dude....not cool at all :rolleyes: You shouldn't let your excitement get in the way of safety.........nice gun though....

Ah yes, Butler Creek - a subsidary of TUPPERWARE INC.

If your are going to pimp your 10/22, do'er right with a custom stock from Boyds are similar. You will be happier

I fire snap caps, am I also doomed for eternal damnation?

Anyways... dump the cheap plastic crap. A nice Boyds' stock is a start, and there are some nice synthetic ones available too if that floats your boat instead. Wasting money on cheap accessories will only leave you wanting something better...leading to more expensive acessories. It's better to get something nice up front and if you don't like it, sell it on the EE at an inflated price. :D

Stuff you Tyler.....and to answer your question on damnation, the answer is no, you are not doomed for eternal damnation, but you are still "radio edit"....

Hey all,
This tyler582 guy is new here and I think the point about firearms safety has been made.

I have always felt fortunate to be moderating rimfire. Somehow this forum has remained remarkably civil and free from personal attacks, this is actuallythe first time I have seen a thread degrade to name calling. I hope this is not the start of a trend.

Welcome aboard tyler582, I hope this thread will not keep you from posting again in rimfire.
