Look what my neighbour passed over the fence today

I don't think they are that hold. I used those when I was a kid (I am only 24). There might even be some left at my parent's place. Will check my room next time I go there.

NICE really nice. I do miss those boxes that and the CANUCK BRAND. Great memories of those Imperial 22's Dating myself. Got $2 for doing yard work etc on a Saturday. Dad or Uncle would drive me to a Canadian Tire . 89 cents a box buy 2 boxes. Spend Sunday afternoon plinking as a kid. Those were good old days sigh ! No idiot antis around.

The old man still has a brick and a half of that stuff in a shed. Late 70's vintage perhaps? I blew through about a dozen boxes of it when I was shorter.

I found two boxes of this, but I don't know if it's of any value:

Paid $4 each.

Man, those bring back memories...
I'm an old guy (at least older than a lot of you) I remember buying those at 25 cents a box for a LONG time, then they went up to 45 cents and I thought the world was ending.
I hunted all over for them at the old price, bought any I could find. I think I wound up with about 1500 rounds. I went through those and many more that summer, and 45 cents didn't seem like that big a deal by the end of summer.
I'm sure I went through 10-15,000 of those in my old Cooey single shot. That old gun was so shot out you could close the bolt by dropping the muzzle quickly; the bolt would wobble forward and drop home on it's own. I kept shooting it like that for quite a while (didn't know better). It's now LONG retired, but I still have it.
