lookin for a krinker-plinker

Im lookin for a nice lookin kit for a ruger 10/22.

Something that looks like a MP5, AK or something fun like that.

I cant find much out there and what I have found wont ship to Canada. Any ideas :?:

Ellwood Epps imported a batch of 5-or-so earlier in 2005, but this was probably a 1-time-deal.

They wanted C$560 = US$470 for them (including shipping)... ouch.

And it turned out that the ones they imported were the 16" barrel version... which doesn't really make sense for Canada, since the folder Still needs to be welded...

Jon Shoop from C&S tells me that they will have a Canadian connection at a more reasonable price early in 2006.

No its actually an airsoft converted to .22 cal. I believe its an hk91.. pretty cool, no kit though.

Krinker Plinkers

Are these kits with the $265US + shipping? What are the downfalls? They look like fun but to they fall apart after time, or dare I ask......accurate?

Unfortunately, ordering for Canadian individuals is not straightforward, as there is some significant paperwork to be done in regards to the export/import...

This has been discussed before; a seach of the CGN archives will turn up the details.

If you're patient, importing a kit is no problem. The paperwork is very straightforward. But the process will take several months from start to finish.
