Hey guys I'm looking to buy this

Does it look legit? Have asked the seller if it's RC due to what looks like a serial on the left side of the stock.

it has been refurbished , and the bore looks rough.

Like gaff said, the bore frosty.
The add says 'excellent' condition and cupped buttplate, neither of these claims are true so what else is being hidden?
For $760CAD this is too much in country let alone the shipping the headache involved getting it from new Zealand.

But no one can tell you how to spend your money, if you like jt go for it

I am in NZ so that's no big deal. I almost impulse bought it as the proper German marked ones tend to go for insane money down here. But I don't really want to spend $1000 on a total lemon/fake POS

You should keep your money for a rifle in better condition. This one is too rough for the asking price.

But ya the rifle is not worth it.
