Looking for .30 M2 AP, 5.56 SS109/M855 and steel jacket 7.62 M80

Hello,
Got a quote for these bullets from the US and the export permit cost was $1000 on $1200 worth of bullets. This is for Level III and IV armour testing in a commercial firearms licenced research testing lab, not for the local gravel pit.

Please let me know if there is somewhere to find them in Canada or if they can be imported for less than $1000.

7.62x51mm M80 (Steel Jacket) - Projectiles Only
5.56x45mm SS109/M855 - Projectiles Only
.30 M2 Armor Piercing - Projectiles Only

Because a Canadian armour manufactured wishes for me to test their armour with them. I am set for soft armour testing projectiles, however this is the first plate testing I will be doing.

Why you need AP rounds lol?

It's used as a standard for testing and rating levels of body armor. Eg. Level 4 plate is rated to stop 30/06 AP rounds.

Why are you questioning someone looking to purchase legal items? If the price weren't so ridiculous I'd love to have as much AP as I could find.
