wow at that price i'll stick to 5.56 and convert to 7.62x39. or is it just me that finds that a little high in price.?

Any cal will be a buck a round minimum when bought as a 20 round box.
If you want it at 15 or 20 cents per round, you gotta buy a crate.
I would love to see more Non-AK rifles in this cal in Canada.

There's very little of it for sale in Canada because there's nary a legal gun in the country that can fire it.

I think there's some East German bolt action rifles here in 5.45x39, other than that, nope.

Get the guns first. That's the hard part. Once they're in country the ammo is easy, there is a massive amount of surplus out there and ERD has relaxed regulations on approving it for import.

A non restricted CZ858 in 5.45 would sell fast if there was tons of reasonably priced surplus to go with it. Then watch the conversions roll out of the woodwork for ARs, XCRs, Minis, bolt guns, etc...

I do believe that you can get a Smith and Wesson AR15 in that caliber, but it offers very little if anything that a gun in 5.56 gets ya.
