Looking for 7mm stw with rem model 700 action.

do what i did. find a 7 mag and rechamber to 7stw. theres lots to chose from. its quite cheap. he set the barrel back and reamed for minimum headspace. it shoots better than it did as a 7 mag.

Custom rifle. Your best bet is to buy a 700 in 8mm Rem Mag(if you can find one. 700's in 8mm Rem Mag are only available through their Custom Shop) or a 700 in .375 H&H and have it re-barreled. Won't be cheap. Mind you, you might find one already in 7mm STW, but there won't be many.
Make sure you can easily get brass and/or ammo, locally, first.

I have seen a 7mm STW at the Macleod Trail Canadian Tire here in Calgary recently, but its in a Winchester action, a Stainless Classic model if I recall correctly. Previously owned but unfired, according to Dana who works there.

Any long action 700 in a magnum cartridge can be rebarreled to 7 STW, there's nothing special about the 8 Mag or 375 H&H action. Why not just get a new 7 Ultra Mag?

to set the barrel back and rechamber should be around $150
