Found wht I was looking for, Thanks RCI am wondering if anyone here can point me in the right direction to find this tool in Canada. Brownells are out of stock and on Amazon and Ebay they will not ship to Canada.

That would be called a center punch (don't be fooled, that's all that thing is, for ten times the money). If you want to get fancy, use a small cold chisel to get the nice v shape
