Looking for a 870 Rem Barrel

A friend of mine is looking for a 28" vent rib barrel for his 870 Remington. What dealers in Canada should he be talking to? He does not have internet to snoop around, and I'm not sure myself where to start.

Some in Ontario I've seen: ellwood epps, le baron, bass pro. The EE section would be a good place too.
