Looking for a BC Tactical sks scout mount

Like the title says I'm having a really hard time trying to track one of these down to purchase, every wherr that says they sell bc tactical doesn't have any on their website. Can some one help me so I can finish my build.

Or you could make your own. Not that hard and will probably be better than anything off the shelf. Basically you remove the rear sight, grind down the sides flat and level, tig weld a short section of steel weaver base rail to the top of the modified rear sight and you're done. Mount a short based red dot on it and keep it low.

I just posted a twin thread to this one a few days ago. Look again on their website! They DO have them. I'm ordering mine on Friday. Fill out the tiny order form that lacks any place to provide your mailing address and then e-mail them your billing info to the website that Cb750k kindly provided above and they will process it. They also accept EMT. They just got back from holiday vacations so now is a good time.
 
shotgun they just emailed me yesterday and said they are sold out, has anyone had experience using them. Im hearing bad reviews from a few people. Can you remove your gas tube or do you have to take the mount off each time?
 
^^^I've got one on my 51 Tula with a trs-25 red dot, the gas tube can be removed with the red dot and mount on the rifle. I have yet to fire it so no comment on how well it performs, been too swamped with work to got sight it in since I bought and installed them... :(
 
I tried to order one last week only to get an email the next day saying they were out of stock and they didn't reply to my email asking when they expect them to be back in. The Scout Mount was also unavailable at Marstar so I ordered a Wartak rail. Since I'll have a full length rail I'm going to put a 4-16x scope on it and not a red dot.

Watch the video that's posted on their website of the scout mount installation. It doesn't block the hand guard, it's a different design than the hideous other one that did block it. I don't even know if that one was a BC Tactical one but it was called a scout mount.
