Looking for a forward rail/free float similar to this please help

I'm looking at ordering a new AR, something in a 16" and I'm looking for a for guard that looks cool, I've checked a lot of sites and wondering if anyone knows where I can find something like this http://www.dpm sinc.com/TAC2_ep_89-1.html. I like the look of this and am assuming the smaller rails on the side and bottom can be moved as needed. for a a 16" so looking what? 11"-13" long? If I can Keep it to $200 or less that would be great and black. Any recommendation for stock and grip, I know a lot like the Magpul, looking for a stock with maybe a bit of a cheek riser on it to.

Samson Evolution, Troy, Noveske, NEA, Daniel Defense take your pick. Most manufacturers make something similar to that.

Call Tier One Tactical in Edmonton, they carry Troy rails and the prices are decent.
Or just keep searching the EE till something pop's up.
