Looking for a Gold and nickel plating business

Hello all!

Anyone know of any outfits equipped, knowledgeable and experienced with playing firearms and their components?

Any readily google-able online gun refinishing places do not do plating and most plating places do industrial sized work or are anxious about messing up tolerances! (Rightly so)

I am hoping someone knows of a maybe “local to them” place that handles plating of whole or parts of firearms. Perhaps the kinda shop that doesn’t have a website/online presence and is old school.

Cause it is starting to look like the art is totally dead in Canada and dying everywhere internationally.

Kinda' in the same boat. Been trying to find a plating company that can brass plate an aluminum butt plate. So far I've talked with 4 companies and no one seems interested in taking it on. One place said they could do it, but they would have to commit a large tank to it and it would cost me $500. That ain't happening.
