Looking for a good deal on once fired .223 Lapua brass.

Most guys that buy lapua brass never sell it as once fired because it needs to be fired formed for their chamber on the first firing. Unless they have a bunch of it and no longer have the rifle for some reason. FS
If someone is buying Lapua brass, they know what they have and are planning on using it until it disintegrates. Casual shooters don't bother with buying the most expensive brass out there (also the highest quality) and then only shoot it once and flog it.
OP, if you want Lapua brass you are going to have to pony up full retail for it.
