Looking for a gunsmith specialize in old revolver -Webbley

I have a friend who want to find a gunsmith who have the knowledge to re barrel a prohibited Webbley to restricted in Canada. Cash is not a problem

If it's an older solid frame Webley, most gunsmiths will be able to swap barrels no problem. If it's a newer top break, that might be an issue since the barrel is integral to the front half of the revolver. You may be stuck finding a longer replacement as there's not much meat on there to drill it out and thread in a replacement.
