Looking for a mentor in the Vancouver area

I'm an avid shooter who is tired of running factory ammo in my precision .308.
I really want to learn how to get the most out of my rifle and fine tune my loads specifically to my needs. I have never reloaded before and first off I need advice on purchasing the right equipment, then go from there..
Is there anyone or anywhere in the Vancouver area that gives courses on reloading?..
