It sucks, but my hunting party is not going up this year, some decided to take a break (what the f...?), others couldnt take the time off, etc.
So, I am looking to see if anybody from southern ontario (preferably the GTA) is interested in going moose hunting on opening week, leave on the 6th and come back on the 13th or 14th.
I dont have a tag, so will be hunting a calf. (bear, grouse, or anything that could be legally harvested)
my plan is to pull my 13' trailer up (sleeps 2) and set-up in the woods, and hunt logging roads likely in the timmins area. I got topo maps and gps(s).
Doesn't matter if you are a newbie or an experienced hunter, as long as you are a safe shooter and will share the costs!
last year we had an adult tag, and we were 2, a guy I met while goose hunting wanted to join so we invited him to tag along, and we got a bull on the second day!
