looking for a NcStar: Detachable Carry Handle for AR15/M4

Does anyone know where I can get a NcStar: Detachable Carry Handle for AR15/M4 that doesn't cost $70+ to get to my door? Everywhere I look seems to be out of stock, I don't know why.

Does it have to be ncstar? either way try the EE can get colt ones as low as $50, other good name brands can be had for less. Just put a wtb up and be patient for the best deals.
