Titegroup with plated bullets is very clean. I use 4.4-4.7gr with 230 gr berry's plated.

i would second clays but you have to be careful when you get near max charges as the pressure spikes pretty quick. For mid range loads it economical and clean.
Just shot the idpa classifier and some praactice ( about 150 rounds) with my 4" k frame and using clays and plated bullets it looked as clean (my hands too) as when i started.

I use enough titegroup to cycle the action but 4.5 is a universal load for 230 fmj

Clays or titegroup and you will have clean and accurate.

Clays, but as above, it is a fast powder, so be very careful approaching max loads, and also decreasing OAL, even slightly.

If you drop a round, and the bullet gets pushed in, do not fire it.
